Will the new lunchline setup succeed? Discuss.
I feel that the new lunchline setup is absurd and will most certainly
not succeed. It reminds me of the music video to Pink Floyd's "Another
Brick In The Wall", because the children are forced to march around the
building and finally into a meat grinder. Here, it is the same basic
principle, except instead of the teachers feeding students to a meat
processor they are feeding students processed meat. Either way, how
cruel?

Beans and Franks. Discuss.
Well, not much to say about beans and franks. They are delightful to chuck
at an unsuspecting relative or neighbor. However, they are not as delightful
to actually eat...or clean out of your hair.

What was your most memorable summer adventure?
This past summer, I began babysitting my neighbors children. The youngest,
Little Stevie, is approximately one month old. He has a four-year-old brother,
Anthony, a seven-year-old sister, Katelyn, and a ten-year-old brother, Donnie.
Not to mention the family cares for about fifteen cats, of which I am allergic.
The baby is a bit colicky and is screaming constantly. Anthony runs on
batteries or something and also has developed quite the colorful vocabulary.
The influence to blame, Donnie, thinks he's and adult and doesn't need a
babysitter and has no manners at all and is completely defiant. And Katelyn
talks at an extremely high volume constantly and can't seem to keep her hands
off of anything. As you can see, they would be tolerable separately, but they
are and awful combination. I watched over these demon children for ten hours
a day for three weeks at $2.50 per hour. I suppose "adventure" would be one
way to put it.

Great writing, Shayla. Your Pink Floyd analogy is spectacularly clever.
